Organization: Community Maritime Park Associates (Pensacola, FL) Salary: $75, 000 to $120,000 Close Date: Open until Filled Job Description: The Community Maritime Park Associates, Inc. (CPMA) is a Florida Non-Profit Corporation formed to carry out the development, operation and maintenance of the Community Maritime Park Project, that include all public and private development on approximately 30 acres of formerly industrial, vacant, and municipally-owned property located on Pensacola Bay. The CMPA is searching for an Executive Director to lead the activities of the company under the guidance of a Board of Trustees. The Executive Director will serve as the focal point for the community and provide overall leadership and day-to-day management to the organization in the form of budget management, grant writing, program planning, relations development, community engagement, Board facilitation, contract development, and manage government and public relations. The Director will also be responsible for overseeing the development, supervision and completion of major projects for the Board. The position requires a Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Business or similar field including five years of responsible professional experience in the area of planning, property development, or economic development.
