Job Description:

The Town of Queen Creek, Arizona is seeking an experienced Development Services Director with excellent management skills and strong knowledge of the multifaceted role of local government. The position reports directly to the Town Manager and directs Public Works, Community Development, Planning, and Engineering.

Requires B.S. in public administration, engineering, planning or related field; advanced degree highly desirable. Preference will be given to those with community development/planning or general management experience. Experience in high growth communities and AICP, PE, Building Official or related designation a plus.

Attractive compensation package including healthcare, retirement, and paid leave. Hiring range is $100,000 to 125,000, depending on experience.
